Been almost a month using Alegra service. Been tough month with several disruptions due to cyclone and other fibre cuts. The team has been transparent and have conveyed the same and made a point to resolve it as soon as they can. Apart from these circumstances, the speed has been consistent and good. Initially I thought that the service provider was not interested to install the new connection on my request however I than understood that it was due to the non availability of hardware. Once the hardware was received I was contacted by the representative and the very next day the entire connection process was completed. Do appreciate and grateful for the work done so far and for the excellent service. Looking forward to see the continuation of quick response and action when required. Extremely efficient service. Installation was good and swift. They actually let you have the internet free for a month. The plans are pretty impressive. In Seraulim, it’s so difficult to get good service anyways, Alegra Broadband has just saved me a whole hassle. Their service team was also extremely efficient. They even have an app for Android users to swiftly check plans and pay bills. Happy customer.read more

Very very expensive for the plans they offer... considering you also have to pay for the cable and the modem and installation chargers plus 250 monthly maintenance charge to the cable mafia in Goa. Don’t encourage them to charge additional rental as this is already included in you internet plan. No complains about the ISP as their service is good with occasional outages and should give more data under the FUP plans.read more

Great speeds. 90% uptime considering I live in verna and nothing works here properly. My only source of communication as Vodafone is basically dead here. Great ping for games. Recommended for good pricing too.read more

Horrible customer service! Had asked for a 3 month plan, paid in full for 3 months but cut the plan in a month, and when asked about the details as to why the plan wasn't continued, customer service agent didn't know the reason. Real noob Internet providers.read more

I am fully satisfied with the internet speed and customer service of Alegra. The TV, mobiles, laptops and even my old PC works very well with good internet speed. I had visited them personally at their office on 3 occasions and was convinced of their professionalism and knowledge in networking that prompted me to switch to Alegra. Overall, Allegra is a super service in Goa and down here in Margao, Colva. But sadly, in peace loving Goa, these branches have now become increasingly jealous of these cables. I reason, it's because cables are growing faster. I have overheard some branches say cables provide more than wood and food. These branches attack cables positions at anytime, it's very sad what's happening. Allegra has always vowed to counters this, their alert system informs us of these attacks and their paramedic team are quick to stabilize these very lovable cables. I just wish these branches understand that they provide life and wellbeing while cables provide knowledge of any kind. Hope, someday these branches understand. Nowadays a few very disturbed branches have increased their attacks at night. They know cables can't fix themselves, they think everyone is asleep. It's very bad what these branches are doing.read more

100 mbps plans give 30-40 mbps speeds on the single band router. Connectivity issues just a week after installation. I find the monthly plans priced on the higher side.read more

The speed of Alegra Broadband is super good. The installation and account setup was prompt and quick. There are times when the internet is down but it does not happen too often. And this is mostly due to a wire snapping due to a branch fall or something like that. But more importantly, my local provider Mr. Caitan will pick up the phone when he is called at such times and he will make sure that the internet is up even if it is late in the evening. This is so important for me since I use the internet for work purposes. The pricing of the broadboad service is also pretty reasonable. Overall, the service is great and I highly recommend them.read more

On Independence Day when the offices are closed, I pressed the 'reset' button of router by mistake. But, they helped me on phone and step by step guided me to do the settings of router. Quick installation. Good customer care service. Only the internet speed is low. I paid for 100mbps plan but I get 50 Mbps download and 8 mbps upload. After 8 months of installation. Though good speed then other internet providers.read more

I have been using Alegra since 3 months and I must say it is the best available in Goa. I shifted from Mumbai and used Tikona. For same price, Tikona provided just 10 mbps plan. But Alegra has speeds of up to 100 mbps for 200 gb, and then up to 10 mbps after that. Their guys are very cool and provide prompt customer service. Special thanks to Bhiwa and Sabino. Only issue is a pretty high installation charges, but it is overlooked by the service they provide. Highly recommend editing.read more

I have been checking on all the internet service providers around Navelim and Margao, and have finally got connected to Alegra because they're customer support was very good. In spite of having technical issues, the Alegra Team looked into each complaint and resolved the issue in due time. I have never experienced this type of service even in Bombay where i have a connection of a reputed company. Three Cheers to Team Alegra for their excellent service.read more

So far it has been a stupendous experience. The Alegra team is very responsive and informative, needless to say their plans are also budget friendly. Most importantly they do not compromise on net speed, so far I am getting exactly the data speed that the net plan promised (it might fluctuate by one Mbps here and there but that's barely for some seconds...).The ping is excellent, I get a ping of 2ms.I hope Alegra Broadband continues to grow and someday this homegrown broadband provider is available to all the states.read more

We are so technology & web dependent, this fibre optic has been a life saver in Goa! Only issues we have is when the service fluctuates sporadically or sometimes pages/apps do not open or load up first time round, but this is being looked into - great service, great response times and very pleasant when providing support.
